Sharkey's Express Cafe needs to learn a lesson in manners and good buisness conduct. I was, past tense being key here, a repeat customer until one day grabbing two sugar packets for a take home tea I had brought to the gym. Instead of suggesting I purchase a tea there, which I have on multiple occasions, the customer service representative rudley raised his voice at me saying that those were for his "Paying customers". When I pointed out that I frequented the cafe and this was my first 'sugar offence' he continued to say that he treated all customers this way, especially 'previous' ones.
