This resteraunt has possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. WE were treated unfairly because we are young and my boyfriend had long hair and a beard. I was wearing a bandana across the forehead and so we were automatically judged. The waitress who seated us was quickly told that she wasnt to serve us and the ancient old lady would. She was possibly the wierdest women i have ever seen. She gave me a ice tea with no ice in a dirty cup that had food on the side, she ignored my request for a clean cup, and afterwards a refill. I had to go up to the kitchen and ask for another drink. I also had to deliver our all you can eat tick sheets to the kitchen as well because no one came to our table to pick it up and when they did they kept forgetting it. After we get our food we realize this isnt even what we ordered. Because th service was so bad we ate what they gave us and then they didnt even give us all of the items. We got a half meal in which we ordered and it wasnt even the right items from the menu. I do not suggest anyone to go to this resteraunt, there are far better sushi resteraunts in parksville and I would gladly drive all the way there in order to avoid this sad excuse for a sushi resteraunt.
