fair non consitent in the kitchen . waitresses do more visiting than serving .

Yikes, regular customer, new menu? Steak special burnt and yet raw, then after asking server, came back with same rejected 1/2 piece of meat I cut from left-over plate, which now came back even more burnt and still raw, so had to pay for beer and left-NOT FEELING VERY LOVED AT MY EX-LOCAL TODAY!

I totally disagree with the bartender comment. If it's the bartender I think you're talking about, he is fast and efficient. I hate going other places because the bartenders are so slow!!!!! The food is pretty good for pub food and the servers are fun once you get to know them. I go for the hockey games because they do draws at the end. We've won $40 twice. All in all, it's a good neighbourhood pub.

The food is tasty, the chicken wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, mmmm pretty good. Waitstaff is ok, some are great others well you get the point. Overall, food is always great,staff hit or miss. Watch out for the male bartender, he has this right of entightlment, he's a bit of a cliche' over the top loser from a bad teenage angst movie. Other than that go.. Enjoy..have the wings.

The food is great and there is something on the menu for everyone. 4 daily specials and on Friday Night's a different special every week. I eat there everyday and I still haven't tried everything yet. Go and try the food or just have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere.You'll go back.

Saw a band called RadioFlyer there a while back..... Awesome ! Freakin awesome! Get them more! Most bands I see there have bad sound, lights and appearance .. These guys kicked A@#

I've been going to the harewood arms for years and besides being busy at time and the band being way to loud the food is great and the waitresses are to i'd give it 5 stars.

I will never go back, and I urge others to stay away. When dropping in to order takeout, we had to go and get the waitress once we were ready to order-she was too busy with her cell phone. Got home to realize our order was wrong, and when we called to tell them, we got yelled at and hung up on. Good luck in this economy if that's how you treat your customers.

Interesting atmosphere, great service (not so good as to have a BJ from a waitress, but you know still good). Unfortunate that their karaoke song choices are limited... no Beyonce, and in her words never for a second get to thinking you're irreplaceable.

I am very unhappy with how I was treated when contacting the pub to request a menu. We were about to order lunch for 15 people and now they have lost all of our business. Every Friday we pick a restaurant and this was our #1 choice for today. Unfortunately, we will not be calling again due to poor customer service.
