Shanghai City Restaurant

I live on Hammond Bay, maybe 10mins from Shanghi City, and I had to pay a 5 dollar charge because I don't live in their delivery area!? Fine, but we won't call it a delivery charge, we'll call it your tip.

I love the buffet!! Awesome service and delivery!

If you haven't been to Shanghai City in a while, there are some changes to the buffet. They have replaced a few dishes and one of the new dishes is a seafood stir fry that is quite different from the usual buffet fare found at Chinese buffets.

This may be a good restaurant, but I have called their telephone number (756-9328) about 10 times in 20 minutes -- between 700 and 720 pm on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2007 (when they are supposedly open) -- and all that happens is many rings, then some clicks at the other end.
