I rate the staff and food very good, but the management and operation poor. This one sub-way at 530 Fifth St. toaster has been down for a week, and this is not the first time. On an average week I would buy at least 5 meals their, but do to the lack of interest by the management there and their, disconcern for their patrons, I will find my meals somewhere else.
