Dairy Queen

My experience with DQ was fine. The food is good and everyone who works there is very polite and are great team players!

Thanks to all my staff that truly care about our customers. You are few in between, and I value you guys.

The most disgusting eating experience I have ever encountered.

The front counter clerk took my order (grilled chicken salad & milkshake), proceeded to make my milkshake then went into the food prep area, placed my chicken breast on a dirty counter to cut it into pieces. She then went to deliver an order to another customer, coming back adjusting her head piece before returning to my salad. She then used her hand to grab two slices of tomato, placed them on the same dirty counter and cut them into pieces. For some unknown reason she then picked up tongs to place the tomato pieces onto the rusty salad.

Not only did she not wash her hands after handling the money at the front counter, and then again after touching her hair and readjusting her head piece, she also failed to clean the counter before placing food on it and she used her hands to pick up food instead of tongs (which were obviously available to her).

I should have ordered a hamburger but on futher observation, the cook was also partial to using his hands to grab hamburger patties and bacon out of drawers.
